Custom Prints & Live Guest Illustration

Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal information when you place a custom order or book live illustration services.

Consent for Social Media & Portfolio Use

Photos taken at events (e.g. sketching setup, guests with portraits, finished artwork) may be shared on social media or my website only with your consent.
You’ll be asked to confirm whether you’re happy for me to use selected images or sketches for promotional purposes.If any guests appear in the photos, I will ensure they are comfortable being featured before posting.
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting me, and I will remove the content promptly.

How Your Data Is Protected

Your data is stored securely and accessed only by me
It is never shared with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes
It is used solely to fulfil your order or booking
Digital files and communications are protected by secure platforms and password-protected devices

Delivery & Third-Party Services

I use Royal Mail Tracked  for shipping. Your name and address are shared only with the courier for delivery purposes. All parcels are insured and tracked.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Ask for corrections or updates
Withdraw consent or request deletion (unless required for legal or tax purposes)

Data Retention

Client information is retained for up to 12 months after the event or order is completed, unless required longer for tax or legal reasons. After that, your data is securely deleted.
